Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage daily accounting operations and enhance internal controls
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or CMA certification preferred
7-10 years of accounting experience, with 3-5 years in a management role in healthcare or multi-location organizations
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Experience with financial planning and analysis in a healthcare context is preferred
