A company is looking for a Case Management Processor to provide non-clinical support to the Case Management team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and manage department tasks for the Case Management staff
Conduct initial review and triage of Case Management tasks, prioritizing case needs
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare
Must live in PST Time Zone
Working knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
Proficient in PC usage with experience in a Windows environment and data entry (minimum 40 WPM)
