Key Responsibilities
Meet targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Work closely with clients to gather necessary personal information for tax preparation
Verify tax forms and research challenging tax situations as needed
Required Qualifications
CPA or EA certification
5+ years of tax preparation experience
ProSystems/Lacerte software expertise
Experience conducting virtual interviews with clients
Tax planning and audit support experience
