A company is looking for a VP, Customer Success - North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee account management and revenue growth by ensuring customers maximize value from software licenses
Lead the Customer Success team, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Foster proactive account management to drive customer retention and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Business Management, Strategy, Economics, Communications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
10+ years of experience in a fast-growing SaaS business
5+ years of experience leading a customer success function
Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development across North America
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer advocacy
