A company is looking for a Development Specialist to enhance financial support and fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors
Develop and implement donor stewardship and major gifts programs
Organize fundraising events and oversee the fundraising database
Required Qualifications and Education
Must embrace the mission of the organization
Experience in fundraising techniques, particularly with individual and corporate gifts
Ability to implement and work with Salsa CRM, Action Network, or similar programs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in non-profit fundraising
Willingness to learn about trauma-informed approaches
