A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and reporting for a non-profit organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations, reporting, and grant management
Coordinate annual audit activities and ensure compliance with regulations
Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
Required Qualifications:
Experience in non-profit accounting, including grant management and GIK accounting
Thorough knowledge of GAAP and 2 CFR part 200 regulations
Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
Strong demonstrated advanced Excel skills
Experience with Sage Intacct or other ERP platforms
