Key Responsibilities
Create and manage financial models
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Manage billing, invoicing, payroll processes, and tax filings
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a startup environment
Proficient in using Stripe for invoicing and subscriptions
Experienced in managing tax filings and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Knowledgeable in payroll management and payroll tax compliance
Experienced in cap table administration and 409A valuations
