Key Responsibilities:

Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, optimizing processes for efficiency and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment
Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent analytics/reporting
Proven experience in managing teams and delivering effective recruitment strategies
Knowledge of modern recruitment practices, including data-driven decision-making
