Key Responsibilities: Act as primary point of contact between CEO/Co-Founder and stakeholders Manage CEO/Co-Founder?s schedule and coordinate meetings and events Prepare documents, facilitate communication, and assist in strategic initiatives Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a startup Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Monday.com, and project management software Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and within the US time zone (EST)
