Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support across different departments and manage ad hoc projects
Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding
Manage administrative tasks, organize documentation, and coordinate company events
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or similar role
Experience with hiring processes and managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with remote work tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects
