A company is looking for a Field Service Engineer focused on the Nozomi single-pass digital printing product line.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site installation and setup of printers
Deliver initial and ongoing training for customers on printer operation and maintenance
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on complex printer issues
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum two-year mechanical/electrical engineering qualification
Previous experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology is preferred
Knowledge of large format printers and printing applications is desirable
Familiarity with inkjet printing and color theory
Flexibility for travel within the territory and abroad on short notice
