A company is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accounting reports and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
Manage departmental budgets and conduct variance analysis to optimize spending
Provide financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficient in financial software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ChargeBee, HubSpot, Stripe)
Experience with financial modeling and developing key financial reports
SaaS experience is preferred
