Key Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for GTM roles across the US
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support hiring needs
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using multiple channels
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups
Experience working with Israeli startups or international companies is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to build a robust pipeline of candidates
Deep knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
Experience managing high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality
