A company is looking for a HealthCare HEDIS Reporting Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HEDIS project plans, ensuring compliance with NCQA and regulatory reporting requirements
Collaborate with management to develop and manage the annual HEDIS project plan and support onsite audits
Provide managerial guidance to HEDIS Analysts and lead enhancements to HEDIS analytics offerings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Business Management and/or Information Systems
Minimum 3 years of experience in the health care industry
At least 1 year of Project Management and HEDIS knowledge
Strong SQL and big data/cloud programming skills preferred
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
