A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support various HR functions in a remote, contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Process employment verification requests for current and former employees
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Support performance management by tracking and administering performance assessments
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role
Must be a self-starter capable of managing responsibilities independently
Experience working remotely and managing tasks in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
