A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support critical HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process and facilitate staff engagement initiatives
Support payroll administration, full-cycle recruiting, and benefits administration
Assist with compliance processes and maintain HR systems for performance and learning management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of HR-related experience, including onboarding and recruiting
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
