Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
A proactive mindset with a passion for creating positive employee experiences
Ability to build trust and rapport in a fully remote environment
