Key Responsibilities
Monitor and adjust underwriting strategies based on performance metrics and insights
Lead the development of technical underwriting guidelines and best practices
Manage complex queries and oversee portfolio management to ensure profitability and growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree with 8+ years of underwriting experience or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of underwriting experience
CPCU designation preferred
Advanced knowledge of Auto lines of business and regulatory environments
Experience in portfolio management, underwriting, and risk selection
Ability to lead through innovative thinking and collaboration
