Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional content, including videos, virtual training, and eLearning modules
Facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to diverse learner needs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze needs and translate complex concepts into clear instruction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience developing instructional content and facilitating training sessions
Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
Proficiency in multimedia production tools and familiarity with eLearning authoring tools
