Key Responsibilities
Advise clients during M&A transactions, including negotiations and due diligence
Develop financial projections and analyze historical financial statements
Prepare marketing materials such as confidential information memorandums and pitch decks
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role in M&A, finance, accounting, or consulting
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Business Finance, Business Accounting, or a similar discipline
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proven organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
