Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging instructional materials and courses
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning content
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and manage course materials within the learning management system
Required Qualifications
Master?s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
Experience designing online courses for higher education
Proficiency with Canvas LMS and e-learning authoring tools
Preferred: Doctorate degree in a related field and experience in project management
