A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney and Legal Director.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in all active litigation initiated by the organization
Develop and implement litigation and advocacy strategies to combat racial discrimination against Chinese Americans
Collaborate with coalition partners on significant lawsuits and engage in legal and policy development
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree from a reputable U.S. law school
Admitted to practice in a U.S. state with good standing
At least five years of litigation experience
Strong commitment to civil rights and racial equality
Experience working in collaborative environments
