Job Description - Manager of Learning and Evaluation
A company is looking for a Manager of Learning & Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead evaluation and learning efforts for the advising team
Co-lead the Student Advisory Group and support annual survey design
Manage the college internship program and support data systems projects
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience using descriptive statistics
Experience with data collection processes, including surveys or focus groups
Project management skills
