A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Generalist to manage day-to-day payroll operations and support HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and timely for approximately 150 employees, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Administer employee benefits programs and support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and prepare necessary reports for audits and government agencies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR generalist functions
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations
Experience with HR and payroll software (e.g., Paylocity, ADP, Workday, Paycom)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
