A company is looking for a People Business Partner to align HR practices with business strategies and support organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with departmental goals
Support performance management processes and provide coaching to leaders
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives while advocating for diversity and inclusion
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master?s degree or HR certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR role
Experience in organization development, performance management, and change management
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus
Strong knowledge of DEI practices and employment laws
