Key Responsibilities
Manage database design and implementation, including client interviews and workflow structuring
Oversee project management using tools like Asana, ensuring timely updates and communication with clients
Conduct client trainings and develop resources to support database adoption and proficiency
Required Qualifications
Competency with EveryAction database or comparable CRM
Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
Self-directed with the ability to give and receive feedback
Experience in managing confidential client data
Background in base building, community organizing, or labor organizing is a plus
