Key Responsibilities
Source high-quality candidates through diverse recruitment channels
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze recruitment metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience
Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
Experience with Manufacturing, HVAC, or Technician roles is a plus
Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
