A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Facilitate discussions with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
Provide updates on ongoing requisitions and maintain recruitment data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of direct, relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experience recruiting for both Corporate and Technical roles
Ability to negotiate candidate compensation packages in partnership with HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
