A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their remote team in Human Resources - Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles
Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications
At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction, roofing, or renovation industries
A solid understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
Knowledgeable about employment-related laws and regulations
Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Must be comfortable working with CST time zone
