A company is looking for a Remote Client Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Responds promptly to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and requests for information
Enters and retrieves client information using appropriate systems and maintains daily contact with the QA department
Files and archives cases, verifies client information, and assists in resolving customer complaints
Required Qualifications
Complete knowledge of general computer operations and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
Qualified typist with a minimum speed of 40 W.P.M
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
Demonstrates reliability and maintains a professional appearance at all times
