Key Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and validate climate and wildfire models to support underwriting and risk management
Communicate complex scientific models and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and underwriting
Required Qualifications
PhD or Master?s degree in Climate Science, Meteorology, Environmental Science, or a related field
Proven industry experience in climate modeling or wildfire risk assessment
Strong Python programming skills, including experience with data analysis libraries
Hands-on experience with climate and wildfire modeling techniques and tools
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
