Key Responsibilities
Provide advice on compensation issues, including pay structures and incentive plans
Perform job evaluations and market analysis to make recommendations
Participate in compensation process testing, auditing, and deployment in Workday
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in a related field
CCP designation or working towards certification
7+ years of related experience
Knowledge of regulatory aspects of compensation (e.g., FLSA, pay equity)
Proficient in Excel
