A company is looking for a Sr. RCM Performance Specialist to manage the retention and performance of Enterprise and large SMB RCM customers. Key Responsibilities Manage RCM revenue retention and performance for assigned customers Deliver quality RCM services and create monthly performance reporting packages Proactively analyze customer performance and address any issues or risks Required Qualifications Associate degree or four-year degree desired, or demonstrated experience 5 years of experience in medical billing 3 years of customer service or account management experience In-depth understanding of insurance, medical claims, and revenue cycle management Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
