Required Qualifications
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Proven success in recruiting executive-level talent (Director/VP level and above)
Expertise in sourcing and recruiting top engineering talent
Experience in EMS or similar industries such as manufacturing or supply chain
Proficiency in applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office applications
