Key Responsibilities
Provide sourcing and recruiting support to various business units
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
Analyze staffing trends and results for continuous improvement of strategies and processes
Required Qualifications
BA/BS, Associates degree, or equivalent experience
2+ years recruiting/talent acquisition experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Intermediate knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components
Strong ATS systems user with intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
Willingness to recruit for various functions including Production, Engineering, IT, Operations, and Human Resources
