A company is looking for a Virtual Legal Support Assistant (Direct Support).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date Client Case Lists and process incoming mail
Download and save court ECF filings and process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements using Chrome River software
Assist with ad hoc projects such as large PDF bookmarking and OCR tasks
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a law firm setting
Strength in MSFT Teams preferred; previous remote work experience preferred
Experience with iManage, Chrome River, and Kofax preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
