A company is looking for an Accountant II.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily revenue and refund activity in the tax collection system
Prepare accounting reconciliations for agency cash accounts and perform variance analysis
Participate in fiscal year-end close activities and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulations
Required Qualifications
Six years of relevant experience in accounting or related fields
Combination of education in Accounting or Business and relevant experience equal to six years
Current CPA licensure by the Colorado Board of Accountancy counts towards experience requirement
Preferred knowledge of governmental accounting and experience with State financial systems
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work independently and as part of a team
