A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with Project Management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-related projects within scope and budget
Act as a customer advocate to assist in issue resolution and drive escalations as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Enterprise Account management experience is required
Technical Account Management experience is key
Previous experience in retail or online marketplace selling (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
Experience delivering and supporting a SaaS solution is strongly preferred
1-2 years of relevant work experience
