A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with key enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop account plans and deep knowledge of customers? organizational dynamics
Identify and manage expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities while conducting quarterly business reviews
Set standards for account management practices and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in direct marketing and customer success
10+ years in account leadership or sales, with large enterprise account management experience
Proven track record of meeting retention and expansion targets
Experience with Marcom and Data Automation tech stacks is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred
