A company is looking for a Manager, Government Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and agreements within the Aerospace and Defense sector
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding contracts
Provide legal support in the event of contract disputes and interface with various functional departments
Required Qualifications and Education
5-7 years of contract review experience
Solid understanding of contract principles and government contracting
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is a plus
Familiarity with Department of Defense requirements and ITAR regulations
