Key Responsibilities
Maintain and audit employee documents and files
Administer benefits and manage employee onboarding and termination processes
Support senior HR team with compliance, recruitment, and employee relations tasks
Required Qualifications
1+ years of Human Resources or related experience
Resourceful and highly organized approach
Knowledge of employment laws or HR-related policies and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
