Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates for technical roles
Design and implement scalable recruitment processes from scratch
Source, engage, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles in startups
Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
Exceptional sourcing and talent engagement skills for senior and executive-level hires
Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously under tight deadlines
Familiarity with Ashby and Gem
