Key Responsibilities Provide direct legal assistance to workers facing employment issues related to pregnancy and family caregiving Manage and triage incoming helpline calls, ensuring timely responses and maintaining records Create and update legal resources and documents for workers and employers, and inform policy advocacy based on helpline insights Required Qualifications, Training, and Education J.D. degree and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in direct services to people in crisis Knowledge of employment law, particularly related to pregnancy and family caregiving Experience in creating educational materials and resources Fluency in Spanish or another language spoken by marginalized workers is a plus
