Key Responsibilities
Handle and supervise project development, project finance, and plant operations legal assignments
Evaluate legal and business risks and provide advice to clients
Review and draft commercial contracts
Required Qualifications
Mid-level experience of 5-10 years in project development law
Experience with project finance and energy generation legal matters
Strong understanding of legal and business risk evaluation
Ability to draft and review commercial contracts effectively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
