Key Responsibilities
Manage briefs for new product development launches and collaborate with the product development team on formula and packaging
Coordinate activities across multiple teams to create and execute timelines for various projects
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely execution and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of project management experience in cosmetic and personal care products
Proficiency in Wrike; experience with Airtable is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Collaborative approach to cross-functional projects
Experience in managing timelines and leading cross-functional meetings
