Job Description - Business Development Representative
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships
Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities and book pitch meetings
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement prospect communication plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools (HubSpot)
Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to identify and qualify leads
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or market research preferred but not required
