A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer assistance via various communication channels
Develop technical knowledge of the product and monitor customer feedback for trends
Create and update knowledge base articles, assist with software testing, and conduct customer training sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Experience in customer success or customer support roles
Technical expertise with the ability to quickly learn new software products
Experience with SaaS, B2B, or SMB environments is preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms, G Suite, Jira, and Vidyard is a plus
