A company is looking for a Regional Human Resources Business Partner - US (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to align business strategies with people strategies
Provide ongoing HR support as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
Develop and implement strategic talent plans focused on employee growth and retention
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech environment
Experience managing HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees
Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics for decision-making
Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws
BSc in Behavioral Science or a related field; MA preferred
