Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of research programs for medical school and residency selection
Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality research output and professional development
Establish partnerships with stakeholders and represent the organization at industry conferences
Required Qualifications
Master?s Degree in a relevant field; Ph.D. preferred
10-12 years of related work experience
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Hands-on research experience in selection or admissions
Experience in managing complex research projects and aligning objectives with organizational goals
