Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the perpetual futures trading platform, prioritizing features based on business value and user needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan
Track key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize post-launch features
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager in blockchain, DeFi, or financial technology
Strong knowledge of DeFi trading systems, including perpetual futures and leveraged positions
Experience designing trading-related features such as advanced order types and margin mechanics
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience
Familiarity with on-chain trading platforms like GMX or dYdX
